Our Story

Anchor Ridge is our family home. We are deeply thankful to own such a unique piece of Northern New Zealand and are delighted to share it with you.

Today, we open the grounds for a limited season each year, from November through March.

We have enjoyed helping with different weddings over the years.

We invite you to explore the venue online and in person to see how we can tailor our diverse location to suit your vision.

This hill holds a great deal of our family's story, and we're delighted to let it become part of yours.

The grounds have evolved over many years. The lovely bush now has walking paths leading to the small creek, waterfalls, bridges, glow worms, and large native trees. The main field has been levelled, a bank of wildflowers has been sown and the grass has grown to create a clear ridge that overlooks the exceptional view of the harbour.

We are very proud of the work we have put in over the years and believe Anchor Ridge is too good not to be shared!
